This film represents our shadow self, and inner child, it also plays as visual representation of the darkside within all of us and how it can control our lives causing us to push people away, become depressed and repress our inner child. This concept was first coined by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, who believed that to acknowledge our full self and live a balanced life, we must fully integrate the shadow side of ourselves. Hello, heres a short film, filmed, acting, and editing done by me! This video was a project for class and just thought I'd upload it to my channel! This film is intended to show some of the health trends on TikTok that we have all felt obligated to do, like Avocado Toast as well as show the struggle of choosing to be healthy but in a comedic way. This video is also representing new year's resolutions and how it's common for people to start out strong on their healthy journeys to literally giving up shortly after. It's not to shame but more so to be funny and relatable.
